Teske was by far the most helpful and communicative agent we have ever dealt with. She was always offering to take care of things and call people whenever something came up. She was available constantly and got back to me by email/text/call very quickly.

She was open and honest about all our options and gave us the time to think through our decisions and make the choice that worked best for us and then really helped us navigate through everything with the sale. Even our seller said she was great to work with.

Without Teske Vance of Century 21 Signature Real Estate, I could not have made it to the finish line. When I naively began my home buying journey over 10 months ago, I sincerely believed that I would just be hooking an old teammate and good friend from high school up with a seller-paid commission. I knew exactly which house/s I wanted in exactly which subdivision. It checked all the boxes of New Construction, correct school feeder, and location, and it had all of the amenities I demanded. Plus, I had already signed a Purchase Agreement, and I genuinely thought it would be a rather quick home buying process. Somehow, that assumption could not have been further from reality. That anticipated 400m brutal sprint turned into a significantly much more grueling 10-month-long marathon/steeplechase hybrid than I ever could have imagined.
